Does the technician app work offline?
Yes. Jobs, checklists, photos, readings and signatures are stored on the phone and sync automatically once the connection is back.
Can technicians see other technicians' jobs?
No. Each technician sees their own jobs and the history of the units they are assigned to. Permissions are set by your admin.
