01Agreement
These terms apply when your company signs up for a trial or a paid plan and when your staff use the office board or the Technician App. The person who signs up confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for their company.
The ground rules for using the platform to dispatch jobs, run technician apps and manage your service business.
These terms apply when your company signs up for a trial or a paid plan and when your staff use the office board or the Technician App. The person who signs up confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for their company.
Your company appoints one or more admins who invite users, set roles and manage technicians. You are responsible for keeping login details private and for the actions taken under your account.
A technician is any user who works on jobs through the Technician App. Office users such as dispatchers, managers and accounts staff do not count as technicians for billing.
New companies get 30 days on the Van plan at no charge. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan and the number of technicians to keep. If no plan is chosen, the account is paused and your data is kept for 60 days.
Technician suggestions, route plans and repeat-fault predictions are produced from your data and are intended to help your team decide. They are suggestions, not instructions. Your dispatchers and managers remain responsible for assignments, quotes, safety checks and the service delivered to your customers.
Predictions depend on the quality and amount of history in your account and will not be correct in every case.
Your company owns the customer records, unit history, reports and other content it puts on the platform. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the service for you. You can export your data at any time.
You confirm that you have the right to add your end customers' details and to send them service messages through the platform.
You agree to use location features only for work purposes during working hours, to inform technicians that location is shared while they are on shift, and to follow the employment and privacy laws that apply to you.
Payments collected through the Technician App are processed by licensed payment partners under their own terms. Settlement times, fees and refunds of those payments are handled between your company, your customer and the payment partner.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times and schedule maintenance outside common working hours where possible. The Technician App keeps working offline during short outages and syncs when the connection returns. Support is provided by email on working days.
You can cancel at any time from the account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable.
The platform is provided to help you run your service operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees your company paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the service grows. Significant changes will be emailed to account admins before they take effect.
