Who counts as a technician?
Anyone who uses the Technician App to work on jobs. Dispatchers, managers and accounts staff using the office board are free on every plan.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You choose a plan and add the number of technicians you want to keep. If you do nothing, your account pauses and your data stays safe for 60 days.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades apply from the next billing period.
Can we add technicians mid-month?
Yes. New technicians are billed for the remaining days of the period, and removed technicians stop billing from the next period.
Do you charge for WhatsApp messages?
Customer updates sent through WhatsApp are included up to a fair usage limit per technician. Very high volumes are billed at cost.
