01Try before you pay
Every new company starts with a 30-day trial on the Van plan. No charge is made during the trial, so you can test dispatch, the Technician App and your own job types before choosing a plan.
What happens to your money when you cancel, downgrade or remove technicians from your plan.
Every new company starts with a 30-day trial on the Van plan. No charge is made during the trial, so you can test dispatch, the Technician App and your own job types before choosing a plan.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month already paid, and you are not charged again. Partial months are not refunded.
If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of the first yearly payment, you receive a full refund. After 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and is not renewed.
If you move from yearly to monthly billing, the change applies at the next renewal.
When you remove technicians, billing reduces from the next period. On yearly plans, unused technician seats are credited to your account and applied to future invoices instead of being paid out.
Moving to a smaller plan applies from the next billing period. The difference for the current period is not refunded.
If you were charged twice or charged for technicians you had already removed, tell us within 60 days of the invoice and we will refund the difference to the original payment method.
Refunds of payments your technicians collect from your own customers through the app are handled by your company with the payment partner. We can help you find the transaction, but we do not hold those funds.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
